José Antonio Ocampo, a Columbia university professor who became viewed by the markets as a stabilizing drive, become replaced as finance minister in a cabinet shuffle that noticed seven ministers ousted. The shake-up weakened the long-battered Colombian peso and sent bonds tumbling.
